Philosophy

I believe that each of us possess the ability to achieve optimal levels of health. The key to success is having the right information, support and plan to make the necessary changes.

Integrative health focuses on how all the body systems work together. When one or more of the body systems are out of balance it creates symptoms. It is important to look underneath those symptoms and explore what changes or rebalancing is needed to establish optimum health for that person.

My philosophy is about creating customized nutrition programs that consist of eating real food in balance several times a day to build health and vitality from the inside out. Providing your body with the proper nutrients allows us to restore the body chemistry to its natural state of balance.

My greatest lessons have been through overcoming my own health issues and believing that we all have the power to heal ourselves.
