About Maureen Nagle

I provide individual nutritional counseling to help clients achieve their health goals. My approach is to utilize a wholistic, integrative model of nutrition, encouraging personal empowerment and self-responsibility throughout the process to facilitate a transformation. I have completed my undergraduate degree in Communication at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota and later completed a Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition at the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut. Frequently, I make appearances on several local television stations, and am a regular guest on both local and national radio programs discussing the current nutritional topics. I have been interviewed for feature stories in The Minneapolis Star Tribune and Women’s World Magazine. As the co-host of a nutrition based radio program on Fm107, I entertained and informed listeners. I am often invited to speak at different organizations in the community.
